How to Set the Grind

The bottom ring is used to set the grind-size. Turning it to the left makes the grind coarser; turning to the right makes the grind finer. Use the locking ring (top ring) to lock in your grind setting by turning it to the left, which lowers it down the threads and "locks" with the adjustment ring to prevent it from moving. To unlock the rings and change your grind, you will need to turn the rings in opposite directions: either hold the locking ring in place and turn the adjustment (bottom) ring to the left, or hold the adjustment ring and turn the locking ring to the right.

Warning: Do not rinse out with water. The steel burrs can rust if not dried thoroughly, making the grinder unusable. If needed, use a grinder cleaning tablet after long intervals of use. See included manual for further care instructions.
